Buddy it comes down to one thing and one thing only. Does the Constitution require positive affirmative proof of eligibility or not? Is the honor system under which Hawaii issued Certificates of Live Birth in 1961 good enough to meet Constitutional Muster? That is something for the Supreme Court to decide. And let me give you a little hint, the Chief Justice, Roberts can't stand Obama.
