Sorry TheSpecialist, I just can't seem to remember numbers very well. Yes ArF is 193nm and fluorine dimer is 157nm. I will try to remember those numbers next time in my post. How is the Komatsu lasers? Any data?

BTW: I now own 70 contracts CQGEH. It is a good gamble. I will sell it when it doubles or triples. I tell you if you want to win big playing pokers you have to have guts.
