If ... Big IF they have a deal and they get the financing they need to stay a float ... these are my thoughts: It will be dilutive It would mean the stock goes to say $2.5 and not $5 A possible good news bad news deal short term but a bad news deal long term without many more deals. As far as true credibility for this company ... Is that possible??? A much more likely scenario is a buy out or be de-listed.
