Michael: You can safely disregard the Vector Vest "valuation" of IPM. It is a canned formula that is best used for evaluating big stocks with regular earnings histories. The canned formula has no way of valuing the speculative value of a potential 43 million ounce resource. It is irrelevant in the case of IPM.
