From what I understand the larger block was held up by regulators that check out foreign investments for possible terrorist funding. It should clear the final hurdles within the next 2 weeks. Also, I wouldn't get too negative about the upcoming quarterly as not much has changed with the exception of the PTCRB. Hang in there as were about to get rewarded for all our anxiety.
