From Sly on StockHouse: The count is complete ...

"Before I get to the figures I'll make a few points. For those that have added questions to their figures I have tried to answer as many as I could.

I have some more information to pass on regarding the "bought in list"..there are no figures attached to it... it is a list generated internally by a large Brokerage firm. JOT is on this list along with 13 other companies. The firm creates this list with input from other Brokerage houses and then distributes it to their brokers. It is a "warning type list" warning that it is difficult to cover a short position on a stock because the "paper" is not readilly available. This means one of two things:

1) There is a very large undeclared Short position in JOT.
or
2) A large number of JOT shareholders are holding their paper and therefore it can't be shorted.

It has to be one of the above two reasons or a combination of both.

I would like to thank everyone that cooperated in sending in their numbers. Numbers were sent in by individual investors, small groups of affiliated investors, Small investment Clubs , and one Internet newsletter. Yes, we did get the cooperation of one of the newsletters. The Stockpage employees disclosed their postions but maintained the strict confidentiality with regards to their subscriber information. I would like to commend the Stockpage for their support in submitting their numbers to this ground up movement for the people. As I stated they were the only Newsletter that cooperated with this count.

I received 169 submissions. Many of these also provided numbers held by Family and Friends outside the internet. A rough estimate would be that we received share count from 300-500 JOT shareholders. Another interesting observation was that numerous JOT shareholders are "technically" inclined professionals employed as Software creators, computer programmers, systems analysts, etc; etc; I found this quite comforting for someone like myself who is not as well-versed in this field.

Many have suggested that this "group" of JOT-internet shareholders collaborate to determine ways in which we can use our new found strength as a united front. Topics that have been submitted include the "Shorter Situation", Discussion on who controls the rest of the company, Election of Directors(I have received suggestions that we consider taking a more pro-active approach in shaping JOT's future...an interesting idea was to elect someone from the internet community and have him/her run in the Director Elections.) I found this to be a very interesting suggestion and I would definitely be supportive of the idea. I would personally want someone with a strong Technical Background...4 names quickly come to my head.

The final tally is 4,776,730.

If the insiders only hold 6 million of the oustanding shares and we hold another approx.5 million ..that's 11 million out of 23 million. Who is holding the other 12 million shares????

As you can see this opens up a number of possible discussions. Lets not make this count end here.

I will post this at Bobz, and Cyberwhispers. If someone can post at SI for me , I would appreciate it.

Sly"
