You CANNoT arrive at the correct logical conclusions, unless you have the CORRECT scientific conclusions.
Which is what Leo unfortunately lacks. He does not understand how the erectile process functions and what role vetious drugs play in this process. Leo's infantile approach( and unfortunately so far, all the media ) is to LUMP all ED in ONE BASKET ans treat it in ONE WAY,with ONE DRUG, in this case VIAGRA.
Unfortunately that is NOT the reality.
ED is a COMPLEX process, with MULTIPLE pathways , most poorly understood.The best treatment for the next > 10 years will be a multistep approach that impinges on all these pathways.
The other thing that people don't understand is that Viagra is mostly for psychogenic, or , mild organic ED where there is SOME RESIDUAL
HEALTHY tissue left. IT will NOT work in COMPLETE ED. Muse instead
was tested ONLY in COMPLETE ED although it works in BOTH complete and psychogenic ED.There is a tremendous amount of patients in both fields
psychogenic and organic, although the biggest is organic, 10-20 million at least, in the USA alone.
Insurance companies will pay for whatever drug(s) are deemed best.There is no Insurance now that excludes any drug to my knowledge, except for Medicaid.9 Insurance that has a drug coverage rider that is ).
