Hi Claude, so they will manage the land. My last hope is that they hire local contractors to do the seeding and harvesting. Farming is as profitable as the airline business. Some do it well and make a killing. Some survive over the years, past history is that the number of small farm entrepreneurs has been shrinking over the years, due to failures mostly. This comment applies to large grain operations. Of course i am aware that a lot of small organic vegetable farms have sprung up. And the BC indoor type is flourishing and pays well if you are willing to accept the risks... step1
