Be careful Jim, read the thread from September forward and then make an informed decision. Datek had problems on Tuesday like every other Discount broker. Some customers had problems some didn't! Datek will not compensate you though for their system errors or even their human errors. Be very careful, read all the posts first. If you have time go as far back as june and you'll get a very good idea of their quality!
