Which is why the market reaction. Of course, if GS beats the SEC's charge, their position in any civil proceedings would be strengthened considerably.

EDIT: Moved my stop on the GS buy up to break even. This will probably just be a Day trade.

EDIT: Closed it at 163.12. Don't have time to baby sit this one today, made enough for hockey tix for the Coyotes-Red Wings tonight, plus a beer or two......
