Exactly what costs does a devalued currency lower? I can see how state of the art semi-equipment can improve effficiencies, lower manufacturing costs etc... But if AMAT equipment is US$-based (which it is) Asian fabs making substantial capex with devalued currencies will see a higher, not lower cost. I too heard Morgan mention lower costs, but believe that he was speaking to the business/efficiency side, not the macro-economic realities. Is this the case?

I think it's a leap to say, yeah we did 50% of our business in Asia last year and they're better off with a weaker currency anyway.
