the Northwest, getting those cheap hydro rates. At the Tea Party yesterday, state representative Shelly Short told about an exchange she had with a Democrat colleague. The colleague complained that it really wasn't fair to the governor's alternative energy programs because they couldn't compete with the cheap hydroelectric power available in our area.
