Years ago i was in the formor Yugoslavia in the city of Split: visit-croatia.co.uk and i observed this kid breaking up hash hish into his cigerratte. I asked wtf are you doing? He laughed and said i was the first person to ask. I told him i knew what he was doing but i was shocked at how openly he was doing it. I became good friends with him. His father was the ambassador from Ethiopia to Italy. Diplomatic passports are the ticket.
