Tax revenues don't "build up" that way. This is not a for-profit enterprise where revenues are reinvested into capital, R&D, and revenue growth.

Instead, this is a government entitlement program where the money is redistributed from those who are able to those who are in need.

The benefits of said entitlement program might be a net positive for the economy as a whole ... if you believe in the Michael Moore school of thought. But if that's the case, the benefits should have started from day one, not pushed out until four years from now.

Face it, the only reason why taxes start now and benefits start later is to make the numbers look good.
