Think you meant your response to me go to Paul Smith. I'm not arguing about corporate taxes.

I posed the question of why the Corporations shouldn't be able to participate in the system that taxed and regulated them and you replied that it was double representation as their corporate persons/members can vote individually.

I just thought you and Wharf might want to see the actual grounds the case in question went off on---of course the decision in question, by 5-4 says that corporations have certain free (political) speech rights which enables them to make films about people in political campaigns if sponsorship is properly disclosed)and that the McCain/Feingold bill cannot (constitutionally) ban this activity.

Corporations can't actually vote in the elections.
