No one? or ever tax hating conservatives of late? No one. Take SS, for example. The last time either party dealt with that was 1983. Each party has had chances since then but didn't do anything. Do you see it on the agenda even now? No one will ever go back and say that the PPCAA costs didn't go as intended so we need to raise taxes or cut benefits. Well, the R's might say the first part, taking every opportunity to blast the D's, but neither will propose benefit cuts or tax increases to compensate.
