Probably not BTW, which part are you disputing? That the house bill did have a provision (as you said) that you could go to jail? That the senate bill did not contain a provision expressly ruling out jail time? Or the no one said on Fox news (as o-reilly maintained) said that you could go to jail? Or that fox news never mentioned that the senate bill forbid jail time (you know, the fair and balanced thing)? Al
