No, it is because of geology. The share price doesn't matter on the neighbors as none of them has demonstrated even the potential of having a large mineralized copper - gold porphyry system. I believe the best place in the Red Chris area is Imperial Metals. I expect to see the share price north of $50. I have no idea of how long that will take though.
