Asbestos is nothing to mess around with. And that was my first thought. If they are going to make it mandatory, they should provide the class for free. And not funny how govt doesn't tolerate a free ride when it comes to some individuals and enthusiastically endorse it for others. Who said we're all equal?

In the end, our clients will end up paying for it.

And btw..........the fine for getting caught remodeling a building that was built before 1978 without the certificate is $30,000.00.
