The House bill did have such a provision, so yes, I dispute your claim on this.

There are a lot of things in the Senate Bill that were never mentioned since the Senate Democrats hid the language from everyone, including the media, until it was too late to expose the details.

So hosts and guests on Fox were eager to point out on several occasions that the house contained an alleged (i'll wait for your proof) provision that would put you in jail but not mention that the senate expressly forbid it. Fair and balanced?
