Support looks to be around 70ish. There are plenty of grizzlies on the INTC groups who think it will go lower, but I don't. It's been hit by a series of short sellers and downgrades. Usually, I consider the piling on of the downgrades to signal a bottom (i.e., AMAT). The neat thing about INTC is, when it starts to run, it goes REALLY fast. Any price in this range looks good to me. You may want to consider leaps for more leverage - maybe year 2000. The conventional wisdom is that 1999 is going to be a really big year.
