Eric,
At least get your facts straight. I never claimed that one could make a 900% profit by buying at 1 1/2. Second, Lunn and ATPX were not required to follow the terms of the agreement. It could be modified any time up until the day of the merger. They need only file an amended 8K. Doesn't happen often but it can. Third, I hate to agree with you, but I think ATPX looks good also.
