The VSE has accepted for filing agreements dated July 15 and 17 1997,
whereby Donner Resources Ltd will issue 60,000 shares to Cirque Minerals
Ltd (Sophie Taylor) in consideration of the termination of the 3% nsr
royalty against three map staked licences in the Voisey Bay area of
Newfoundland.
