They or others don't have to massively reduce supply, it looks to me when the oil markets get wind of fields like Ghawar having problems and/or world excess capacity being soaked up, prices soar. Do you remember what the embargo did to us? Do you remember the Soviets turning off the gas spigot a couple of times over the past few years? Are these views common among libertarians?? I'm dumbfounded....
