It's true about the warrants, & the release was only picked up by Bloomberg. SOLP is offering to buy back 1 million warrants basically in private transactions in order to reduce the "overhang". If you own warrants and want to sell to the company, call Eric Davis, the CFO, at 212 764-9200. He is willing to negotiate in private transactions and essentially the more you sell, the better the price you'll get. My impression is that he is looking for good size blocks of at least 5,000 shares.

This is an intersting development that in my mind expresses confidence in their business and their desire to enhance future shareholder value.

Also noticed that a 13-D was filed back in Sept by one of the principals of Neuberger & Berman (a mutual fund/advisor?) that he, on a personal basis, had acquired a 5% interest in SOLP.
