Mish! Goldman read your post! They are uncircling the wagons and throwing fabulous Fabrice under the bus

part of Mish's post:
<<To make matters worse, Goldman Sachs is circling the wagons around Fabrice Tourre which I believe is a big mistake. The company should have simply issued a press release saying:
Goldman Sachs does not comment on any current litigation and will address any issues in court proceedings.
In addition, Goldman Sachs could have said that:
The company takes any allegations of impropriety seriously and is placing Fabrice Tourre on leave pending the outcome of the SEC litigation.>>
Goldman's actions today:

They read your post and now Fabrice is officially under the bus. (How much do you think is promised him if he says that executives knew nothing? He might fall on his sword but not without a huge payout) Incredible turnaround on Goldman's part. They must know that the SEC has a pretty good case. I bet they settle.
