off topic - investment wise anyways just purchased a zip drive. my computer will not assign a drive letter, but I tried out a friend's and my computer did assign a drive letter under guest. for tech support I have to give a credit card number - something I do not give out over the phone, internet, etc. are there any techies lurking? from an investment point of view - do you want to invest in a company with such poor support for their customers? so far this has been a sour experience - I was very impressed with my friend's zip drive, but it's a no go for me! Pete
