The magnitude yes, but not the effect or its direction. Its clear that Obama overstated how much he cut taxes, but I haven't presented, or seen, exact details about how big the overstatement is.

But more important than that, is the fact that his net tax increase, even counting only things he's passed, and not relying on counting future tax increases, is much larger than his cut.
