To All: Some time from now this will be remembered as a fabulous buy. Six times cash flow.....6 X Revenues....Where is the downside? Forget the legal battles...they lawyers will make their share and everyone else just gets pennies. Alot of the HMO's have been shocked like this at one time or another...Pacific Healthcare was first I believe....If you are a value investor. Step up to the plate. This price is a fire sale.
