<<I do believe at some point IMGX will go north of 7. At 5x sales(just U.S.) of 40mm, and with 34mm outstanding and growth of 20%, I get $6.90 per share.>>

That seems like a fairly good analysis of IMGX potential. Too many people originally got into this one with expectations too high.

To judge the stock one can only look at US revenue and the growth of that side of the company. This quarter was $6.5 million and next is roughly being estimated at $8 million (10% of the pipeline). I believe that breakeven for the company is $10 million in US revenue.

Phil, How many times sales are most software companies trading at?
IMGX will be that company you described by Q1 of 1998. Dorotech will be gone (I think), US rev will be between $9-10 million per quarter, they will be close to breaking even, and the world will be perfect. Now if it would only happen that way. :-)

Later,
Jay
