<Bruno was tortured and murdered because he rejected obvious fallacies in church doctrine in favor of Copernican science.> As were many others... of course the "rabid religionists in denial" twist and torture the truth by claiming such silly things as "Oh, he wasn't a "scientist"?!" Out of the other side of their mouths they claim early church memebers WERE scientists and contributed to science (true enough in some cases)... The modern version seen right here CONSTANTLY is to use (twist) science and scientists to claim things those very people wouldn't. Sick. Such obvious hypocrisy. DAK
