Mike: I understand the rules are different in Canada. However, the people want their certs. SOMEBODY has to come up with them. Continuing to come up with margin does not produce certs. Sooner or later, if there are more shares sold than issued, somebody has to buy existing certs from people that have them in their possession, to deliver to the people that want them. Exciting, no? al
