Sorry to disappoint you but, if you want this stock delisted (from the Nasdaq) fast just issue more stock without revenue and poof this will be a pink sheet. In the Syquest case they had a real product that the 2 remaining MAC users wanted and a proven track record. Neither of which are the case here. In all seriousness I believe that a deal, though not inked is done if (and this is the part that conserns me) management can get more financing. Why do they need financing? Why isn't the deal financing enough? Second, I also have been told that at least one bidder has made an offer to the company to buy it out. Probably not at a price management would want to sell at but, higher then it is. Regardless, I believe you will see some big movement (delisted, sold or a deal done) by 11/15. This is my gut feeling based on what I know.
