RE crash.... Did you see Peter Schiff on BNN a few minutes ago? And BoC guy says no more stimulus for Canada. So higher interest rates are coming. Our housing market just crashed on Sunday night with 16,071 listings. Today that number is approaching 17,000 fast. 400 new listings just yesterday. People are falling all over themselves trying to get out of real estate.
