Anyone know the condition of the lawsuit by the investment bank that was originally going to handle the $100mln financing? Apparently, SSAX dumped this co just a couple of days before the issue, and went with H&Q (with a better deal and more cash), but the original finance co, according to some press reports i have been reading, say the suit is in the $45 mln range for lost fees, services rendered, etc. Anyone else hear of this!?!? R/
