Orascom funded these folks to the tune of $508M, all debt along with a chunk of non voting equity and 33% voting control ... stikeman.com I see your article made note that Orascom is "heavily geared". After launch, the sledding at Wind got real tough real quick resulting in a few of the upfront pushers moving on. Interesting to see Orascom now lightening their load. The hazy days of summer approach.
