My understanding of a 144 is that they are filed in anticipation of a
POSSIBLE sale, that is to say, one might file in hopes that the stock will double,triple or such and since the filing was done, the person
CAN sell, however there is nothing saying that since one has filed,
one WILL sell, or MUST sell.
Is this correct??
