Was not making any point with the post. Just furnishing information for the thread. Incidently, I viewed the report as good economic background information. If I recall correctly, it pointed out that the Cihna economy should not be lumped together with the Far East.

The Far East is not one big economic block that prospers and suffers together. It is far larger then many people think with many different economic factors, governments, and cultures driving it. I lived in Japan for several years while while growing up. I also spent some time there later in life. ( Have not been back recently.) If I learned nothing else from the experience, I learned this.

Don't tell me you want to debate this, because I will just suggest a three month tour of the different countries. On second thought in six months you might start scratching the surface. Somehow I sense you are very familar with some Far East countries.

Good greif, what happened to the market today. spent most of the day on planes & meetings.
