New England, in particular MA, NH and VT are not "doing great", dumbfukk.

NH, MA and CT are. Sales are up YOY in all three states. Inventory is down. In fact, my sister is beating the bushes trying to get more listings. Maybe 'great' is too strong a word but the markets definitely are doing much better.
