Sophia at investor relations informed me that Atacama expect the terms sheet from the bank within the next 10 or so days.A note of caution-the terms have to be acceptalble,ect.before the negotiations can be concluded. Also the President of the company Rob Cogliandro,is giving a presentation to a group of analysts today in New York and next week he is off to Chile to present at the Midland Walwyn institutional investors conference.
