Yep.. assuming the BC sales tax is currently 7% (I think it is)..

That's part of the fuel for housing in BC and Ontario presently.. We both are going blended this July, add the spectre of higher interest rates and prices rise.. The other side of June might be interesting wrt housing here..

Maybe it means one less car per household.. :O)
