Be careful about browsing the Techsideline.com (TSL) Virginia Tech sports forum. I've had three hits in the last two months where the web site has brought up a fake antivirus scan request to try to get you to another site to download a trojan virus. After searching the web, it seems to be the case that they're linking in infected ads from a third-party site. Even if you don't click on the pop-up, it may redirect you to another site because TSL had an auto refresh (I need to find an plug-in to disable this capability in IE). Unfortunately, it forces me to run virus scans and go into the Task Manager to kill the iexplorer processes.
