Just apply basic logic. If they had initiated the first transfer then LBAS would have had the money. If they delayed more than 3 days then the SPA would be null-and-void, so why even sign it if your plan is to wait. They would have obviously known that the stock was dropping like a rock before they signed it. It just doesn't make sense. Besides, as I mentioned before, the terms of the SPA are completely unrealistic. This seems like a sham agreement, just like the one to bring on that senior sales and marketing executive. All show but nothing happened. Keeps people fooled into thinking big things are just about to happen.
