We already have futures markets (offering GREAT financial leverage posibilities... 100, 200 to one...) for currencies and sovereign bond obligations.

(Currency and sovereign debt markets are the largest, deepest and most liquid markets in the world.)

So there would be *no need* for private label Collateralized Debt Obligations covering the exact same ground....
