O/T I tried the calculator again and put in the most optimum answers I could for my age to see how high I could goose it, and I came up with 110-years.

To get there, I did this:

No drinking
No red meat
No white starches
Dropped my diastolic BP under 80
Said I worked out for 30-minutes a day 7-days a week.
Said I was more social.
Said I had a relative live over 100.
Said there was no cancer in my family.

All this took me from 96-years to 110-years.

I could actually do all but the last two, but I really don't feel like working out 30-min a day every day right now. Furthermore, a daily glass of red wine is actually good for you.
