It isn't about the Civil Service Examination. It is about the policies which have been sent down from on high (read WH and Cabinet levels) over the last twenty some years. The federal government has morphed into "everything feel good" and being loved. Consequently, employees are not supervised, supervisors are not managed and policies are not followed.

Currently, there is no light at the end of the tunnel. The bureaucracy flourished in size and pay scale, even before obama. Now, it has only gotten bigger and less responsive to the actual needs of the tax payer. However, it has become exponentially more responsive to the illegals and those who refuse to carry their own weight.

We are in deep doodoo and it will not change unless the voters demand it and then follow through on their demands.

It is up to us. As my favorite living actor, Clint Eastwood said, “Now remember, things look bad and it looks like you're not gonna make it, then you gotta get mean. ..."

This means - make your vote count. YOUR VOTE HAS NEVER HAD MORE IMPORTANCE THAN IT WILL HAVE IN 2010!
