I was thinking about this the other day. Had things been different and we now had a Hillary administration, she likely would have done things much the same.

My guess is that Hillary is somewhat less doctrinaire than the Jimmy Carter types who surround Obama, esp. wrt. fp, and politically she is more experienced -- she and Bill found out the hard way what happens when you push too far to the left too fast. I think she would have tried to avoid repeating the experience of 1994. Obama is fixing to relive it, probably even more so.
