See how much Chinese love to gamble ? Same thing for real estate. They gamble on skyrocketing home price. How many of them bought a home on top of the pyramid on mortgage ? How many of the rich would want them go under water ? Maybe an earthquake here and there will prove the home price they paid really doesn't reflect the true value.
