Hillary wouldn't have been any different on health care. Ditto on the environment, financial reform, taking over the car companies, ... .

She wouldn't snub as many foreign allies as Obama has. She wouldn't have appointed as many of the weird far leftist czars Obama has - people who call themselves communists, say they want to "queer" the schools, praise Mao Tse Tung, who wrote books calling for putting birth control in the water, etc. She'd have appointed more establishment liberals, fewer university campus type leftwing goofballs.

The flavor would be different but probably not the substance. JMO
