Yes Ben, that's the way it looks to me also. Could the filing without this financing completed possibly have caused some doubts by the shareholders and possibly some selling off of shares? Therefore causing the price to drop maybe much more. Possibly the company thought this and proceeded on in this way in order to increase share price instead of having more drop. Isn't it something that shareholders love good productive news put out by the company but when it's just general news (not bad) we start to question the validity of it. Boy these companies sure have to be carefull about the news they put out. Even how it's worded. Just a few thoughts. Dan
